The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct carries the Llangollen Canal over the River Dee. The aqueduct, built of stone and cast iron, is 307 meters long and towers over the river below.
This watercolour painting captures a section of the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in all its beauty on a sunny spring day.
There is only one original watercolour available and a limited number of giclee prints. Both are on high quality paper, in a white mount with a sturdy packing board. For protection, they are in a clear cellophane wrapping.
All paintings are my own designs and therefore completely original.
